The reproduced photographs and texts are not contractuel. Consequently, EXTRANORM is not responsible in case of errors in one of the photographs or one of these texts. Please note that our porcelain is handmade and therefore the dimensions are not exact. Colors may change slightly depending on the manufacturing, the photo session and the computer screen.
By validating the order online, the client accepts the Terms and Conditions of use without reservation. Without correct and complete address (name, mail address, billing and shipping address) and phone of the client, Extranorm is not responsible if the parcel cannot be delivered. EXTRANORM reserve the right to refuse delivery or fulfilment of an order placed by customers with outstanding balances on prior orders or with whom a payment dispute is pending.

All orders must be paid in Euros or USD. Custom duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be charged to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to declare and pay these taxes.

If the client wishes to return the product to EXTRANORM, he can do this within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the product. Before returning the product please contact our customer service at : info@extranorm.com
Broken, damaged, incomplete or used products will not be accepted. They must be in their original condition, in their packaging and with a copy of the invoice. The shipping costs and taxes are the responsibility of the client. The product has to be sent to : EXTRANORM
